Review: Rivecowe Bubble Mask Pack

Review: Rivecowe Bubble Mask Pack

Happy Sunday everyone, I hope you've all had a great weekend!

Houston is currently not doing so great right now, currently in the middle of a flood.. If you're currently in Texas or Houston, please stay safe and dry!
Luckily, I've got power and my area isn't flooded, but I'm currently without wifi!

Anyhow, here's a review of Rivecowe's Bubble Mask Pack. This mask was gifted to me by the wonderful people at jolse.com

What it is:

It is a sheet mask that uses carbonated water to create bubbles once applied. When applied, the bubbles will begin to active, giving your skin a massaging effect. The bubbles will penetrate deep into the pores giving you cleaner pores and a moisturized complexion.

Ingredients:

Water, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Dipropylene Glycol, Disiloxane, Methyl Perfluorobutyl Ether, Potassium Cocoyl Glycinate, Sodium Lauroyl Glutamate, Glycerin, 1.2-Hexanediol, Betaine, Xanthan Gum, Allantoin, Methyl Undecenoyl Leucinate, Butylene Glycol Dicaprylate/Dicaprate, Chamomilla Recutita (Matricaria) Flower Oil, Rosa Centifolia Flower Oil, Camellia Japonica Seed Extract, Oryza Sativa (Rice) Bran Oil, Persea Gratissima (Avocado) Oil, Isopropyl Myristate, Disodium EDTA, Phenoxyethanol, Fragrance

How to use:

Start with a clean face, I prefer to wash then apply toner. Once toner is applied, Open and unfold the sheet mask and apply it to your face. At this stage, I say you should work fast! Once the package is open, the bubbles start to active and will begin carbonating. Leave the mask on for about 5-7 minutes. Peel off the mask and massage the remainder into your skin, then wash and pat your face dry with a clean towel.

The bubbles are already forming as I took them out of the package! Your can hear and feel them pop. Once it's on your face, you'll feel it working right away. The bubble will definitely tingle and tickle your face!

These photos were over a span of 7 minutes. You can see how fast the bubbles form! This mask is comparable to the Elizavecca’s Milky Piggy Carbonated Bubble Clay Mask. What I loved about this mask was how less messy it was compared to the clay mask. It's a sheet mask, whereas, the other mask is clay, which requires application with a spatula. This mask is comparable to the bubble clay one, if you have that one, you can skip on this. But if you'd like something more convenient, this mask is for you!

Taking it off was fairly simple as well. Since it is a sheet mask, all I needed to do is peel off and dispose! The bubbles left after you take off the mask act as a face wash! Just massage it into your face and rinse.

I can genuinely say that this mask feels amazing on my face. It has moisturized my skin very well and left it feeling squeaky clean. I recommend using this mask once or twice every few weeks or whenever you feel like your skin needs a deep clensing or feels dull.

You can purchase the mask on jolse.com. It retails for $8.98 (without shipping) for a pack of 5 sheet masks and $16.98 (without shipping) for a pack of 10 sheet masks.
This product is for all skin types that need a little deep pore cleaning once in awhile! You can purchase the sheet mask here.

Happy masking!
